The taste of Tuscany
The flavor is decisive, enveloping and never banal, like the most truthful expression of the land in which it is born: Tuscany.. With a dry and slightly acidic taste, it goes perfectly with dishes with beef, veal and chicken.
- Alcoholic degree: 14,0%
- Grapes: Sangiovese.
- Nature of the soils: loamy-clayey, deep, poor in skeleton, with very slight slopes.
- Altitude: 400 m a.s.l.
- Fermentation: in concrete tanks, with the use of selected yeast at a controlled temperature.
- Aging: for two years in the third passage French oak tonneaux.
